Trekking

For permits requiring advance application, the following fees are non-refundable after submission:

• Actual application fee + $10 USD service fee per permit

Additionally, if you cancel within 3 days of your scheduled trek, partial refunds on guide or porter fees may not be possible.

Domestic Air Tickets (Including Mountain Flights), Tourist Buses

• Free changes and cancellations are allowed before ticket issuance.
• After ticket issuance, a 10% cancellation fee applies until the day before departure, and on the day of departure, the fee ranges from 33% up to the full ticket price.

Sightseeing

• Cancellations made at least 2 days before the event incur no fee.

Hotel

• We adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policy, but generally, cancellations made by the day before are fee-free.
