What's included
Previously, the Annapurna Circumference Trek required a longer timeframe, but with the extension of roads, it can now be completed in a shorter trip.
To accommodate those with limited schedules, we have planned to use cars for areas accessible by road.
*During the rainy season from June to September, road conditions may be poor, and the itinerary might be affected.
*If you prefer traditional trekking itineraries, we can provide a sample itinerary and a quote upon request.

Additional Information about the Itinerary
- As of June 2018, a road has been built from Besisahar to Manang, allowing travel from Kathmandu to Manang in two days. However, since Manang is at an altitude of about 3,469m, traveling directly by car may increase the risk of altitude sickness. To mitigate this risk, car travel is limited to Chame (2,713m).
- Domestic flights from Jomsom to Pokhara are available but can be unreliable due to weather conditions. Flights may be canceled, requiring a sudden switch to land travel. Given the well-maintained roads, we plan to use land travel from the start, which typically takes about 6 hours if conditions are favorable.
- The total number of days you need to stay in Nepal includes the trekking days plus 3 nights and 4 days. Your itinerary might vary based on your international flight schedule, so please contact us for more information.
- From March to April, you can enjoy the blooming rhododendrons, Nepal’s national flower, across the mountains. Reference image: Rhododendron trekking season.
- From mid- to late November, the Himalayan cherry blossoms, believed to be the origin of Japanese cherry blossoms, are in full bloom, offering a stunning view against the Himalayas—a sight especially appealing to Japanese visitors.
- Between January and April, snowfall can affect the Thorong Pass. Snowstorms, while rare, have previously caused significant accidents.
For example, in mid-October 2014, a cyclone in India led to heavy rains and a snowstorm in the Annapurna area, causing an avalanche and the deaths of 43 people, including 21 foreign trekkers, and two Japanese.
Although such incidents are uncommon, caution is advised in any season. Access to Manang was restricted for about a week due to the accident, but trekking resumed normally by the end of October. Our company had arranged trips starting from late October, and our November trek went as planned without significant issues from snowfall.

Drinking water in this area
The sale of mineral water is restricted in this area, and it is not sold beyond New Bridge/Tilkedhunga. The only water you can buy is not mineral water, but plain water (spring water or river water that has been boiled and cooled) or water that has been filtered through a special filter. Both are sold in 1 liter plastic bottles, just like mineral water.
They are sold at almost every lodge and rest stop during the trek, but if you are unsure, you can always buy chlorine or bromine tablets.
We recommend that you prepare the tablets beforehand. (We do not provide tablets.)
Expenses other than trekking
The above trekking fees do not include the following:
- Travel between Kathmandu and Pokhara
→ We can arrange tourist buses, chartered cars, or domestic flights. Domestic flight prices are listed on this page. - Hotels in Pokhara, Kathmandu
→The hotels we arrange are of intermediate level or higher. Our opinions on hotels are posted on this page. - Guide accompaniment fee outside the trekking period
→In addition to trekking, a guide can also accompany you on your journey between Kathmandu and Pokhara.
About Porter
For this course, if only one person is participating, it will be treated as a plan without a porter.
As a general rule, guides will not act as porters except in emergencies, so if you do not think you will be able to carry your luggage yourself, please request an additional porter.
In Nepal, every hotel offers a free baggage storage service for luggage that is not needed for trekking. If you leave unnecessary items at the hotel, many people go without a porter for trekking for about two nights. It is a bit tricky for three nights, though.
*If there are two or more people participating, a porter will accompany you, but please let us know if you do not need one.
